Event schedule

The event schedule may change before (or during) the event, but this is rare. Our schedule is generally accurate but you should check the agenda beforehand. The detailed schedule of our next upcoming event broadcast can be found here »

Live Stream marketing guidelines

In all event marketing, the purchaser of the Live Stream Business Pass needs to explicitly state that the event is an “independently organized live stream event“. The purchaser may use the Nordic Business Forum’s logo, which includes this text, in their marketing but it is strictly forbidden to use the speakers’ photos in any material without the approval of the speakers. The marketing of the live stream event cannot start before the live stream pass has been purchased, so make sure you have purchased the pass before you start marketing the event.

The logo can be found here »

You may use our general event photos in your marketing »

Additional features included in your live stream pass

Presentations on demand

All of the presentations will be available for 90 days after the event. The on-demand videos will be available within 24 hours after each seminar day. The on-demand videos will appear on and you can access them with the same login as the live stream. We encourage you to make the most of your live stream experience and revisit the presentations after the event. You can watch the on-demand content with a group of people, just like the live broadcast.

As a part of your business pass, you will also get 10 private passes that you can share with your selected individuals. In practice, you will get coupon codes that allow you to get 10 private passes for free. These passes allow the 10 individuals to also access the on-demand videos and our video library content.

Networking on the live stream

Your live stream event attendees may network with other live stream viewers and chat with them online through Brella, a networking app. This platform provides a wonderful opportunity for your attendees to meet each other virtually and arrange meetings and discussions. Brella is very easy to use, and people can also start using it ahead of the event to make the most of it. We recommend that you promote the use of this tool at your event.

Here’s how Brella works:

  • Download the Brella app for iOs or for Android or use the desktop version
  • Log in with LinkedIn, Google, or Facebook, or create an account using your email address
  • Enter event code: [2020 event codes are publisher later]
  • Fill in your profile and start networking

How to submit a question:
  1. Go to the event page on Slido using this link or guide your event attendees to head to frontpage and submit the event code: [2020 event codes are published later]

  3. You can also upvote other submissions to help us pick from the most popular questions

Multiple camera angles

You can navigate manually between different camera angles during the live Stream. For most live stream event organizers, we recommend that you follow the official broadcast. It will give your viewers the best, uninterrupted view of the stage.

If you have multiple screens available for the live stream, you may want to show additional camera angles in addition to the official broadcast. To do this, navigate to on another browser tab/window and select your another camera angle. You can then move that tab or window to the monitors that you have at your disposal.

Simultaneous interpretation in Finnish, Russian, or Estonian

Please note: Simultaneous interpretation is only available for the Nordic Business Forum main stage program in Helsinki.

The primary language at Nordic Business Forum events is English. However, we also provide simultaneous interpretation in Finnish, Russian, or Estonian. Live stream viewers have two ways to turn on a secondary language: individually using a smartphone and headphones or using the alternative audio options on the broadcast menu.

When you log in to the live stream platform, navigate to the “Interpretation” page. Here, you can find passwords needed to access the Finnish interpretation. Share the URL of the “Interpretation” page together with the password with the viewers who need the translation service.

To use this method, every viewer needs:

  • a smartphone with a wifi or data connection
  • the external link to the interpretation audio feed, and access password
  • headphones to hear the interpretation
